This is another story that was started, put aside, and finished later. In this case, it was started in July 2015 and finished in March 2017.
After Union, it moves the story further out into the Solar System, this time to Saturn's moon, Titan. The rationale is the mining of He3 for fusion power and propulsion.
The cause of the vendetta in the story refers back to events that happened in the previous story, Union, but that story doesn't have to be read to enjoy this one.
